La Rivoluzione delle Seppie facilitates the course of Design Lab at MADE Program, for the MA in Design and Applied Crafts.
La Rivoluzione delle Seppie (LRdS) is an international, nomadic, and digital network that explores the boundaries of spatial, digital, and educational practices. Its approach, based on shared values, adapts to the opportunities and skills of the context in which it operates. The group promotes social integration and territorial development, connecting local communities, migrants, academics, creative professionals, and the so-called “temporary community.” Through research, design, and pedagogy, LRdS aims to enhance the cultural heritage and social fabric of rural areas.
Thanks to the reactivation of the Casa di BelMondo, a former nuns' residence transformed into a public space, LRdS facilitates meetings and collaborations between people from diverse backgrounds. This contributes to making Calabria a fertile ground for creative, social, and cultural initiatives, experimenting with new learning models in creative fields.
