Fanny Muggiani Piccioli teaches Design Methodology at the Academy of Fine Arts of Siracusa MADE Program.
An editor-in-chief, trend forecaster, and lecturer at various fashion design schools, Fanny Muggiani Piccioli began her career as a trend forecaster at a renowned Italian textile company. After collaborating with various textile companies, fashion brands, and industry magazines, she decided in November 2017 to launch her own independent trend magazine: "Loom – est." This magazine serves as a loom of ideas, weaving together the work of emerging artists who bring the theme of each issue to life with their visions. "Loom – est" develops trends through exclusive editorials, resulting from meticulous research on trends, materials, and colors: a "paper gallery" dedicated to young talents, with whom she narrates stories of fashion, photography, visual arts, and travel. In addition to the printed magazine, "Loom – est" comes to life by organizing events aimed at showcasing the work of emerging designers and artists.
